Description
- Papers exceeding the maximum length of five pages will be subject to an over-length charge of 1,000,000 RLS per additional page (a maximum of two pages can be added).
- In order for a paper to be published, at least one of the authors from each paper must pay the registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper.
- For IEEE and PELSI members, 20% discount is considered.
